| great location in a picturesque vllage just opposite a kid's playground. However... the food is way overpriced and takes ages to arrive. We waited over 30 minutes for 5 meals at a quiet time of day. When it finally arrived, the steak was inedible,some of the toughest most disgusting meat i have tasted, literally made me gag - not what i expected for nearly £15 a portion. The landlord refunded me one of the meals as a gesture of goodwill, but in a very huffy "well the customer's always right" sort of way. | Had a very bad experience. Food looked good but after a 1 30 hr wait for food, we ended up having a takeaway. Staff helpful but management rude and unwilling to help with our concerns. Would not recommend to anyone with children due to wait for food or to anyone else who expects good customer service smileyface - 29 Jul 2006 19:12 |
