| Initialy not sure about this place. Had the studded chavs at the bar who are genetically programmed to reject anything in a glass that is not lager, the over-made up older females with the wine and sodas, and the old beardy guys giving their chunky knit x-mas jerseys and airing, while smelling of leafy pipe tobacco with the real ales. Still, for a busy Friday afternoon, it was a cheery mix. The pint of Bomber that I had was exceptional. And the barmaid was very pleasant indeed. FARUPNORTH - 22 Nov 2009 18:20 |

| the lancaster bomber was ok but when the mrs walk in with ra wean ra bint behind behind the bar said nae weans so off we went and at 2.80 a pint it wasnt really worth it donmartinkillie - 12 Jul 2008 21:03 |
