This is a great little pub,always pop in when were in Newcastle.

A great football pub covered in Newcastle United memorabilia. Beware though, it gets absolutely packed before and after games. On a non match day though, it's a great place to visit. The beer range is good but not huge, and it's nice to sit out on the roof terrace on a warm sunny day. The food is standard stuff - Burgers, Fish and Chips, Chicken Curry, All Day Breakfast etc, but is tasty and good value for money.

One of the best real ales pubs in the city and a great pub too. Obviously busy on match days and with a steady after-work crowd too. Food also worth a try.

Visited this before the friendly between Newcastle and Leeds - fans mixed freely and the atmosphere was good. Beer choice was good, and pints of Mordue No.9 and Caledonian Great Knick were in good order.
The pub is full of interesting Newcastle united photos and the terrace out the back is a good touch.
Gor a pub so close to the ground, this was excellent.
