| Amazing pub, brilliant food and generally good service. Just had to write about the barmaid called Regan however. Talks loudly about intimate and just plain gross details of her sex life while I was trying to be served by one of the other barmaids. Just disgusting. | Brilliant pub, a bit expensive on the drinks but can't fault it, great beer garden and smoking area and food is good. The service has always been great but the new staff don't seem to be so welcoming as the old staff. One female supervisor always seems to be miserable but apart from that the cross keys is one of the best venues in swansea. The owners Ian & Jo did create a very welcoming atmosphere and hope the new Manager continues to deliver the same customer services Ian & Jo worked hard at achieving. kemp - 7 Jan 2008 12:49 |

| Great pub,with new landlord .simon.good value food,well run .New staff are excellent ,had a meal in here last week ,served by a young lady called regan,we could not fault her,top class service served with a smile not a sneer,keep up the good work. anonymous - 3 Nov 2007 13:20 |
