Amazing pub, brilliant food and generally good service. Just had to write about the barmaid called Regan however. Talks loudly about intimate and just plain gross details of her sex life while I was trying to be served by one of the other barmaids. Just disgusting. My poor mam is over seventy and didnt know where to look. She was quite embarassed.

Brilliant pub, a bit expensive on the drinks but can't fault it, great beer garden and smoking area and food is good.
The service has always been great but the new staff don't seem to be so welcoming as the old staff. One female supervisor always seems to be miserable but apart from that the cross keys is one of the best venues in swansea.
The owners Ian & Jo did create a very welcoming atmosphere and hope the new Manager continues to deliver the same customer services Ian & Jo worked hard at achieving.

Lovely food and a great atmosphere on busy weekends. This pub is great in the Summer with a fab. outdoor area and outdoor heaters.

seems to of declined in recent years, not so busy at it used to be, probably because they charge £2.35 a pint when u can go arround the corner and get a pint for £1.35!!! very expensive, what have they done to the `beer garden` too!? looks like a concentration camp with all the halogen lamps on poles! not very tempting menu either...poor effort really.

OK pub with nice decor and decent food. Not too sympathetic to Swans fans though, manager not keen on football shirts and once put England game on big screen instead of Wales game.
