We went there on a mid week break to the area and stayed at the adjacent Travelodge. Popped into the bar around 10.15. Place was nearly empty despite the switching on of the xmas lights at Springfields. Too late for the food but the beer was excellent. Place specialises in local brews and no sparklers on the pumps either - unusual up here. Very, VERY friendly service and lots of space between the tables/ Possible to have a quiet conversation. Would certainly go in again - well done.

Oh dear, this is what happens when people get complacent. As the only real option for eating out at Springfields,(though there is now a restauramt in the garden center). The food was so overpriced and bad value for money, we only ordered two starters which we had high hopes for. Unfortunately it was really poor and when we mentioned this to the very friendly waitress, she agreed it was a bit pricey for what was served but, the menu was being changed! We are not local but go up this way from time to time and I hope it improves. The place itself is okay, just sort the food and the prices out. Like all people in this part of the world, the staff are excellent, makes a change from down south.

Recently visited this outlet and was very dissppointed.. The tables had not been cleared very well the staff were amazingly friendly although needed to keep asking each other how to do things..
One thing that did concern me tho was... from the time i ordered my food.. went and sat at my table.. took a sip of my drink.. the food was there!! One scampi and one lasagne ordered prepared and cooked and delivered within about 5minutes...i appreciate they do not want to be kept waiting but this concerns me how long food is left laying around till someone orders it..

Took my disabled wife and a friend for a meal, really good service, good meal, huge !, good access, etc. reasonable prices. BUT, my wife and I both had fish, the friend had Gammon, my wife and I were both very poorly for two days including the meal day and on informing the restaurant manager found little interest or sympathy, probably a one off, as they assured me no one else had complained, but wont have fish again.!

Dirty glasses, half the food on the menu was missing...but the friendliest bar staff in Lincolnshire! Part of the Out of Town chain, trying to look like Brewers Fayre. Keep working on it!
