Always a busy pub, though never had to wait long before being served :D Lovely cosy comfy snug, a pleasure to visit when trawling your way through the many pubs of Didsbury :D

Spot on tequila kitty, this pub is worth a visit. Cosy, welcoming and usually offering a seasonal brew from Hydes whose beers are not always to my taste. Didsbury boozers are a mixed bunch indeed but the Fletcher Moss is certainly one of the better examples.

Absolutely fantastic pub, with a wonderful atmosphere and interior. Small but cute outside area for smokers. The beers are of quite a wide variety and at good prices. Comfortable and homely, but also a nice hustle-bustle on a Saturday night!

Quite like the pub, particularly the original section to the front which I guess comprised the old Albert, but can't exactly remember. Decent range of Hydes offerings & occasional guest, but my last couple of pints of Jekyll's have not been in quite as good a condition as suggested by other reviewers; do they pull them all through properly at lunchtime?

Beer here is excellent - it's very quiet at lunch time, for good or ill.

Always a good pub. A nice mix of people get in here. The bar staff are always efficient and the beer is kept well.

Good pub. Good beer and pork scratchings. Staff are efficient and service quick no matter how busy. Front half of the pub has a bit of character. Landlord (Ken) is a grumpy so and so, but it makes for a good haven to avoid the football.......Beer has always been good.

The barman/manger with the dodgy beard is very rude and scary. Don't try to eat a pasta salad with a plastic fork in this pub or he will melt the inside of your face.

Nice pint of Hydes Jeckyll's Gold. Front half of pub is old with many original features, back half is newer. They sell pies from an oven behind the bar now as well - a welcome addition. Friendly and attentive service.

Great unpretentious pub. Decent beer, clean tubes, good, busy friendly staff. Cheerful, normal local clientele. I wish more in Didsbury were like this.

Nice pub, good pint and friendly staff.
Best in Didsbury.

Best pub in Manchester by a country mile. Good beer, friendly bar staff, no music and no chavs.Textbook.

Possibly my favourite pub in Manchester. The beer is excellent, the layout/decor is superb and the staff are wonderful. Wish I still lived in the area as it's a pain in the arse to get to now and I miss the place.

The nearest pub to my house I think. Not as good as I was expecting given the CAMRA recommendation but a pleasant enough boozer. Decent qulaity ales though not one of my favourites. Still tend to go to the Dog and Partridge nearby.

Idiot free pub...conservatory added a few years ago actually helped to improve the place.Locals tend to drink the Hydes bitter rather than the Jekylls or other offerings....Well kept beer.Usually not as full as the pubs on the main drag(Wilmslow Rd)

Nice, clean pub set in the backstreets which discourages the maniacs from visiting. Good pint of filth (for hydes) and good bar staff. It has a friendly atmosphere and a decent fruit machine, well worth the 2 minute walk from the main street.

Busy pub, good beers, nice alcoves at the front and a more spacious conservatory at the rear.
