The pub seemed OK and the staff were nice enough, but the regulars didn't seem happy to see an 'outsider' in their pub. Smallish room with a few nooks and crannies. The only people in the place surrounded the bar and nobody wanted to make a little space to allow anybody else to be served. The volume on the juke box for the small space inside was very loud and it was impossible to speak to the missus without shouting. Maybe we came at the wrong time - the football was just finishing. So might be worth a visit at another time.

BEER IS VERY POOR IT TASTES LIKE SOMETHING OUT OF THE RIVER WANDLE.

Last night was the first time that I have been in here since the Murder. The beer tasted like vinegar thre were 5 other people in the pub whose vocablary seemed to consist only of swearwords. Well worth avoiding!

The new inn is the best pub around well that’s what I think personally, I have never been in a more friendly and sociable pub all the staff and the punters are all really friendly, ever since the new landlord mark has taken over the pubs been getting better and better, they always have some sort of entertainment going on like karaoke nights, 70s and 80s discos and allsorts of thing like that, so all in all it a grate pub to go to.

Not as nice as the nearby Little Windsor, but it's OK.
Not to be confused with the New Town down the road -which looks particularly frightening- the New Inn does have that back-street local feel; but new customers are tolerated perfectly well, none of that staring-at-you-as-you-walk-in nonsense seen in some less charitable establishments.
Fine for a quiet drink, I wouldn't necessarily book a private function.

This lovely little pub has been taken over by a new couple - very friendly people indeed who made me and my party of friends feel very welcome - i would recommend anyone to try this cozy pub for a great atmosphere and great wine - lovely gardens with new smoking area and heaters - perfect for the smokers amongst us.
I will definately be a regular here.

A super litle pub, Paula & Mick very friendly and welcoming. Wonderful place to watch any football matches, but be there early, as its fills up very quickly. Good screens for viewing, beer garden to get a breather and excellent food and beer, even though predominately a Chelsea pub, locals very fair.

I visitthis pub quite regularly and the tennant Paula is always friendly and helpful. How can a chocholat labrador be classed as agressive?

I must of visted this pub then when the staff were having a bad day, they were rude I found the pub to be very clicky beer was warm food was crap and I also was harassed by a dog there, all together bad place and would not recomend this place to anyone, almost forgot there were several obvious under age drinkers there.

This gem of a pub is not located on a main road, or a street corner and as such, is a real find to those who discover it. The staff and management are always cheery and the atmosphere is always a friendly one. The pub has a back room and garden area, where parents can bring their youngsters, without them needing to be near the bar area.
