Avoid. Full of drunken wannabe gangster and coke addicts. Man recently hacked to death by the sorts of sub human scum you'll find it there. jolyon86 - 12 Aug 2009 14:30
Sounds like a really great pub if you like to watch 3 guys hacking someone to death with machetes on a Sunday afternoon. But if all you want is a pint and a packet of crisp, I;d suggest going somewhere else Dr_Pangloss - 10 Aug 2009 20:22
The new inn is the best pub around well that’s what I think personally, I have never been in a more friendly and sociable pub all the staff and the punters are all really friendly, ever since the new landlord mark has taken over the pubs been getting better and better, they always have some sort of entertainment going on like karaoke nights, 70s and 80s discos and allsorts of thing like that, so all in all it a grate pub to go to. pubboichris - 22 Oct 2008 12:14
Not as nice as the nearby Little Windsor, but it's OK. Not to be confused with the New Town down the road -which looks particularly frightening- the New Inn does have that back-street local feel; but new customers are tolerated perfectly well, none of that staring-at-you-as-you-walk-in nonsense seen in some less charitable establishments. Fine for a quiet drink, I wouldn't necessarily book a private function. parkhillian - 8 Oct 2007 08:13
This lovely little pub has been taken over by a new couple - very friendly people indeed who made me and my party of friends feel very welcome - i would recommend anyone to try this cozy pub for a great atmosphere and great wine - lovely gardens with new smoking area and heaters - perfect for the smokers amongst us. I will definately be a regular here. wheelybin - 3 Jul 2007 11:03
