As noted below, this no longer exists. It's currently some sort of Italian restaurant (unless it's changed AGAIN recently).

Not a sausage any more.

This is a wonderful lively pub, there are a lot of attractive females in there. However the place absolutely reeks of slash and the fosters tastes like blood.

Sausage is an absolutely fantastic bar/restaurant - undoubtedly the Best cocktails in Nottingham. The other 'reviewers' seem to have the idea that Sausage is in some way connected to Henry J Beans (yuk) which i happen to know it most definately is NOT! It's owned by a Nottingham independent.

These trendy continental bars aren't usually my cup of tea (tea? -shouldn't that be beer?), but this is not bad though. The location makes it ideal for necking a pint or two after watching a film in the cinema around the corner

The new version i.e. Sausage is a trendy contintental-style bar.

They have a large range of European beers including the fruity Belgian stuff that's wrapped in paper.

It doesn't exist anymore, and it wasn't that good when it was there! Now it is called Sausage, and sells...sausages (and drinks too of course)!

The barman are so irritating spinning their bottles in front of the ladies, but what they don't realise is that they don't impress us!

Nice bar and efficient staff. Good range of drinks and cool music.
