| Sausage is an absolutely fantastic bar/restaurant - undoubtedly the Best cocktails in Nottingham. The other 'reviewers' seem to have the idea that Sausage is in some way connected to Henry J Beans (yuk) which i happen to know it most definately is NOT! It's owned by a Nottingham independent.
