The Prince Of Wales, Tooting

First I'd like to say I am a female visitor from Canada ready to spend some money...I looked around and noticed a pool table to have a game with my friend whom is an African Lawyer here and has lived here in London for a good many years...;-)
We waited a good 15 min at the bar (trying to get their attention)and the bartender didn't even come up to us to ask us what we'd like and it wasn't even busy in there for a Friday evening...Now with Service like that I had to wonder??? So we walked out!!! I walked in the next day by myself and was served immediately within one minute...however, at this point I had to wonder again considering it was more busy this time!! Why am I being served immediately compared to the day before?? I asked the same lady as yesterday(behind the bar) for her managers name (Colin) and let her know I was about to write a bad review due to her service the day before..she apologized but I would not accept her apology considering it's her job to serve customers...and to ignore them is just plain rude!! I hope I made my point and that she learned from the experience to serve her customers and not ignore them whether they are dark or white shouldn't make a difference and to have a little respect! How unpredictable some people are...and I didn't expect that some people are still a little racist considering my theory of being immediately served when I was by myself...so that just goes to show some people need to grow up and get with the times that all people should be created equal!!!
Otherwise...I wouldn't recommend this establishment at all!!!
I believe my comment is fair unlike her service! I believe if your unhappy with your job you shouldn't work there...period!!
I think the manager (Colin) needs to reconsider his hiring abilities to more suited people in this mixed environment!
