The Pineapple, Brimpton Common

Loved this pub! Visited the Pineapple on a Sunday lunchtime with my wife as part of a walk we were doing in the area. The interior is excellent - very old world, with low ceilings and wooden beams. The furniture is unique as it is hand crafted from solid chunks of wood (difficult to explain but it is very nice).

Although Sunday roast was on offer (which looked very nice when brought out for someone else) we opted for something lighter, a goats cheese salad and a roast pork and stuffing sandwich. Both were excellent.

Staff were friendly and professional. It is quite pricey, although worth it in my opinion. Very pleased to have found this place, will definitely return!
