The Wrestlers, Highgate

I have been going to the Wrestlers for a long time and have always really enjoyed the cosy atmosphere in winter and Sunday roasts. HOWEVER... me and my partner went tor Sunday lunch recently on a lovely summer's day and it was very disappointing. We had roast chicken and the chicken was absolutely awful, reconstituted rubbish which was tasteless. There are lots of really nice places to eat in the area (The Stag pub near Gospel Oak) which don't cut corners in quality. I must say we shall never be returning for Sunday lunch to The Wrestlers again,which is a shame.
