American woman with Black Country roots. I think that my Hipkiss family owned the forge at this site from which the pub has taken it's name. Had a drink there with a very posh relation in the 1980's. My sherry was quite nice. Would love any information on the forge itself.

Green Man, Coleshill
Well, I haven't been there since 1982--but I did buy everyone a round because my grandmother, Emma West Scrivner owned it until about 1912. Would love to know if anyone has information about her or the pub at about that time in Coleshill.
