The Adam and Eve Tavern, Lincoln

The atmosphere in this pub is unlike any other; often, people come here by themselves, knowing that they will bump into someone they know, and can chat to.
The staff are first-rate, and the food is good value, good quality but not too fancy, the owners know that this is a 'pub' pub more than a 'food' pub, and I have on good authority that their real ales are exceptional!
Since the current landlords (and lady) have taken over, the pub has got better and better, and I think you are mad if you don't stop in for a drink, play pool, watch the footy, or even the Queen extravaganza, which is happening on august bank holiday (sunday), with 3 bands including 'Monarchy', a BBQ, and outside bar. I've got my ticket, it's only a fiver, but with proceeds going to the Lincoln air ambulance, you can't argue with that.
Everyone is welcome at the Adam and Eve, but I warn you, once you come here, you'll keep coming back (as I have found!)
