Under new management. Difference is there to be seen already! New manager seems very passionate about turning the place around. Something seems to be happening here every night. Monday night pub quiz was very good. Mentioned he is looking to get a new range of ales in, as well as some different spirits and cocktails. As someone mentioned, there are now sofas, however the place could do with a small lick of paint. The outside isn't too inviting but this is a pub on the up.
New owner also mentioned they now do fresh home cooked food, rather than the previous microwaved meals.
Would recommend a visit when in Bedford Place, Southampton
