The White Hart, Waterloo

I have just had the worst experience at this pub tonight which has made me sign up to this site to post my review. I visted this pub with 4 other friends and ordered food. They only brought out 4 dishes and the waitress disappeared for 15 minutes before she informed my friend that they forgotten to cook it but they couldn't do anyting about it as the kitchen was now closed and the chef had gone home and they had run out of the dish he ordered. They didn't apologise or offer any sort of compensation. After a couple of mouthfuls I realised that my dish was not the veggie burger i ordered but beef which i do not eat. Mistakes can happen but the reaction I got and attitude I got from the staff has really upset me and I hope someone speaks to the staff about customer service standards.
