The Raven Hotel, Hook

I visited this pub with my wife and the service was bad from the moment we walked in. Staff were rude at the bar and not helpful. Felt like we had disturbed their conversation.
We ordered food starters and mains, and our mains came out before our starters, when we eventually got our mains again they had just been heated up.
I had an ale which tasted like it had been sitting in the line for weeks, my wifes lager was ok though
I probably wont be visiting this pub to eat again

The White Hart, Hook

This pub has had a major investment done in November and looks amazing. The picture does not do it any justice so I have uploaded an more recent picture for you to look at.
Is under new management and all the staff were very friendly.
Food was great with it all being homemade and pudding was to die for

We enjoyed the entertainment they had one Saturday evening as they do live music monthly and the atmosphere was brilliant so we ended up staying all night.
An amazing place will be visiting again
