The Fentiman Arms, Kennington

Large pub, but not sure the owners know which way to go, Place has an almost like look with all the tables around the edges which makes me think of when my mrs took me to a strickley come dancing show with large empty spaces in the middle. We were made to feel very unwelcome by staff and customers whilst our female friends were subjected to dirtytalk from the elder folk. Could be a really nice bar which would make it worth paying the amount they charge for a beer. No food either which is a shame. Defo not a pub where fun is allowed unless your a gambler

The Grey Derby, Kennington

great little pub, beer is good and great selection of Reals ales. Not many traditional british pubs left now but this is definatley One. Having visited the next door pub, the miserable staff and sheer lack of what a pub should be about, including miserable customers, we hastily beat a retrat and found a gem. very diverse group of customers from the younger too older, we ended up leaving at 2 am some 7 hrs later to the sheer annoyance of my missus waiting at home, oops, blamed the guv!!!

Anyway the Greyhound is the pub to visit, great jukebox and if i may say it, fit barstaff
