Marie Lloyd Bar, Hackney
A sad departure from its previous incarnation, the Samual Pepys, the Marie lloyd bar suffers from a few negatives. Namely a regular jakey who delights in making other peoples evenings a missery. Tall, toothless and lacking in talent he does however provide the bar with a regular income. You can see him there most Fridays if you fancy a laugh.
The manager, Sheikh couldn't be more accomodating. Sexy, funny, friendly and intelligent, he manages very well in coping with characters like the above. Worth a visit!
