This used to be my local until about a year ago. Following the 'makeover', the landlady decided to play music in the saloon bar. Not only was her choice of music appalling and laud but the fact she sought to dictate the atmosphere( so called), led us to flee to the other bar. Subsequently , on another occasion, one of my party was ignored by the temporary,(they all are) bar staff. We voted with our feet and now use the Dog and Bell in Deptford who have wider and varying choice of very well kept beers and DONT PLAY ....! MUSIC !
