The New Inn, Reading

Not as bad as it used to be, but not brilliant either. Sean & Jo have taken over the pub and kicked out the dealers and the worst of the worst.

Would like to see this pub get better but still needs much work.

Nags Head, Reading

This pub is just brilliant, an example to all landlords on how to run a pub.

Friday evening is my favorite, dayly special is a "Sweeny Todds" pie and mash for 6 pounds. Sweeny Todds is a pie shop on castle street in reading and make the best pies I have ever had.

Punters, staff all fiendly and the beer is second to non. If its even just a bit suspect its taken off and returned to the brewery.

Think the rush to give this pub a load of zero scores to kick it off the top is really just shabby. But they have a printout behind the bar with it on the top...
