The Half Moon, Herne HIll

went here to watch my mates band Gold Digger. I'd never even heard of the pub before but it was ace! it's a fantastic victorian affair - all the history is preserved and then - out the back - a massive live venue! it's the best one I've been to, I'd rate it alongside the metro and water rats as a venue - the sound and lights are amazing and everyone was really friendly. A great atmosphere. I've been back a few times now.

I'm just pleased to see a beautiful pub like this preserved for all to enjoy
