The Scott Arms, Kingston

Visited lunchtime on Saturday 27th August. Lovely pint of Ringwood Best. Sausage and mash very nice, wife had scampi. Good portions if a bit pricey. Staff friendly and efficient but it was fairly quiet. Came here because of the long queue at The Square and Compassess (nearby folk festival) Because of previous reviews was prepared for disappointment and was pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to friends if they were in the area. Lots of seats in garden and a great view.

The Prince of Wales, Farnborough

Visited at lunch time on a Friday. Quite busy but qucik and friendly service. Excellent pint of Ringwood Forty Niner and sausage sandwich and chips. Will return again when next in the area.
