The Dun Mare Inn, Little Hulton

The Dun Mare is definitely seeing a return to its better days. The pub was taken over by a new landlord last year and since then, he has installed SKY, a new big screen and has refurbished the bar with new super chilled pumps which really look the part. The pub now features live entertainment and a friendly atmosphere. Also, the introduction of cask ales has defintely been welcome. The other pubs in Little Hulton certainly have a new boy to compete with.

The Canary Tavern, Little Lever

Since the new landlord took over this pub in July 07 it has seen a return to its old glory. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are polite and he beer is spot on. Stuart and Pat, the new bosses have really brought this pub up to scratch and since they put Sky TV in on their new plasma screens, it is the place to drink in Little Lever. Good work from both of tem, please keep it up!!
