The Victoria, Cheshunt

As previously said this pub needs a total overhaul...and its had one! Sadly its like rolling shit in glitter...it may sparkle but its still shit underneath.
The landlady is miserable,rude and arrogant and she hires staff who are the same as her!
This pub is always empty....I doubt they could give drinks away...and yet the pubs surrounding it are doing well and always have customers. Seems like the brewery should take note and get new staff and management to go along with the new look.
If you're in the area and fancy a drink.....pick another pub!
