The Kingsway/Charlie Browns, Stoke On Trent

Was alright when the old landlord Steve was in charge. The latest seemed alright and tried to make an effort but seemed confused whether he wanted another student bar or a local bar for local people.
In the end he tried to combine the two and it takes a special pub to pull that one off. This isn't it.
It gets busy on a Friday night, especially if Stoke are at home the next day.
Trouble is common, but it's usually sorted by the aggressive bouncers that patrol the doors.
Good for a laugh, but don't expect this to be your new local boozer
