The Rose and Thistle, Reading

Having ventured into this pub with the rest of my flock of ladies, we found this pub not only a fantastic atmosphere, but anyone who came in there would feel appriecated.
Reading some of the reveiws on the ales, it is obvious to us that it was a man drinking this ale. Shock... women like us drink it too! And we found within visiting within the past 3 weeks the ales have changed 3 times. Talk about diversity for all type of pallets. All those who did taste them, found them clean and refreshing. We asked if this would continue? And was politley told it would. Good on you at the rose for being diverse. Those that love IPA, I would suggest they try something new in thier life, they may get to enjoy it.
The food, drink and people in this pub are the best for people who are not stuck in the dark ages. It caters for all with fantastic landlady and staff.
Keep doing what your doing "the Rose". In turn we will keep coming back for the live music, the food, the drink and your brilliant hospitality.
