The Birdcage, Thame

nice pub and everything else. but when i was there a man who looked to be the owner was yelling at the young girl behind the bar. which i thought was disgusting. i hope he wasnt like that all the time. i have been to the birdcage a few times on a friday night it was fun busy. but after i saw that man almost abusing the young girl i doubt i will go back.

The Angel in the Fields, Bond Street

i worked at the pub and it was awesome. the regulars are cool. we used to get all the students from the cordon bleu school. and on friday nights it used to get busy which was fun to work. cheap pints, wheat beer is sooooo good and the cider is awesome. and clem and ciaran were probably the best people i worked for while i lived in england.

The Red Lion, Little Missenden

i have been to this pub a few times. its a lovely pub. but when i went there once i saw what looked like the publican yelling, almost abusing the young australian girl who was behind the bar. i thought it was disgusting. he pretty much fired her on the spot in front of the customers who were in there. i have never gone back after that. he seemed to be a grumpy old man.
