The Waterfront Bar, Totland Bay

We went there last Sunday for a meal, great location. We were initially ignored at the bar and two other people who arrived later were served first.

After ordering food, we had to ask a waitress to clear the table from the previous occupants as after 15 minutes it was still sat there.

We ordered two soups for starters and 3 main courses. After about 30 mins we asked where the soups were. No one seemed to know or take any responsibility for our food. Eventually after an hour our soups arrived. At this point we had had enough and asked for our money back and left.

I find it hard to describe just how poor an experience it was. The old man behind the bar just didnt seem to care, we were given no apologies either. DO NOT GO TO THIS 'RESTAURANT'
