The Cannon Inn, Newton Poppleford

I went there a few weeks ago with a group of friends from Sidmouth. The beer and food were OK. If you're in NP and need a drink then it's fine, but not really a destination in itself.

Radway Inn, Sidmouth

Just about the only pub in Sidmouth I would go into for choice. It's a "stand up and drink" kind of place, with a friendly atmosphere, and decent beer.

Old Ship Inn, Sidmouth

It may be a Costa now, but it has far more daytime customers now than it had when it was a pub.
