The Shipwrights Arms, London Bridge

I came to this pub with my friends on a Saturday night of Halloween to enjoy the night. we sat outside for over 4 hours. I went into the bar to go in the toilet and i have been question on where i have bought a drink by the bouncer who was looking at what look it was the manager of the pub. This manager have not seeing me so he wasnt sure of say yes to it. by this point i had already spent over 30 pounds on this place as the prices are so high.
After i had to explain myself to this people I have been let through the interrogations to go into a toilet that had no tissue paper and was blocked you would think that after paying so much money for drinks and having to go through a questioning you will end up in a decent toilet, in this place you wont.
I then went to 2 of the lady bar-staff who were so busy involved in there own conversation to even acknowledge me or do their toilet checks. I had to get their attention and I had mention the fact that the toilets were in this condition I didn't get a thank you from any of the staff one of them looked angry and stormed off for 2 seconds then came back to her collogue and carry on like nothing happened.
When I sat back down with my friends i find out i wasn't the only one that had to go through this witch angered me even more that I had to leave this establishment.
Over all the level of customer services in this place is a joke, and disappointing. Specially for someone that had work in the same industry for so many years.

I wouldn't particularly bother with this place and I hope that my comment talks for all of the others that had to experience such horrible customer service from this establishment.
