The New Billesley, Kings Heath

What a terrible shame!!! We have been regular visitors to this pub since the refurbishment, but standards seem to have gone right down hill...When we arrived last Sunday at 12.45pm, the car park was full of youths wheel spinning cars..Very intimidating for a young family. We decided to risk it and wished we had not. The staff were scruffy and unhelpful, the pub was untidy and we did not see 1 person clean a table whilst we were there. The food was unworthy of comment and when about 20 tracksuited youths came in we decided to leave our dessert and go as there was no sign of a manager and we felt very uncomfortable.
Unfortunately this pub has lost our custom and its good reputation.
