The Half Moon, Ryton
My wife and I stopped by the Half Moon Inn in Ryton on our way to Hadrian�s Wall and were very impressed with the welcome we received and the excellent choice of real ales.
The staff really knew their stuff and we spent a very pleasurable hour or so in front of a blazing log fire with the daily papers. Best of all, though, was that the pub�s dog friendly policy meant our Labrador was welcome too!
