The Waterfront, Diss
The pub itself is lovely. The deck and view of the mere can't be beat. However, if you're looking for cheerful staff...beware. Been here a few times and it's hit or miss. When they're nice, they're great, but when they're not...it just takes the bloom off of an otherwise lovely rose.
