Bricklayers Arms, Chipstead

I telephoned the publican at 11.30 this morning, we were going to go for lunch with our 16 y.o. disabled terrier, we would have spent around �150.
Firstly when i rang the landlord obviously couldn`t haer me properly so his answer was to put the phone down.
When i called back, it was obvious i was putting him out, he was rude, blunt and if this is what he is like to new customers on the telephone then i do not want to go with my family to have lunch in his pub.
Shame really as the menu looked o.k.
