The Minerva Hotel, Hull

I visited the Minerva pub on Saturday 18th august the pub was quiet despite there being a folk festival on the marina the service was very poor the staff was bitching at each other in front of the customers we found a table of which there were plenty to chose from the food was ordered my wife ordered a steak (well done) I went for the 30oz mixed grill as I like my food after quite some time the said food arrived the food is served on slates the type that were used on roofs the steak had to go back as the chief did not know the meaning of well done the steak still had blood coming out of it the chips well I have had better from bob carvers those of you local to hull will of heard of him I would nor recommend this pub to any one I live local to this pub only five minutes� walk away
