Which pubs do you classify as brilliant? I too think the White Horse is an excellent pub (just a stone's throw from the office) and also like the Ship Tavern and the Old Bank of England in the area.
What others would you reccommend?

The Rose and Crown, Clapham
Best pub in Clapham by some distance. Five superbly kept real ales on draft, including the fabulously deceptive Olde Trip. The most hospitable and charming of Landlords, excellent staff, interesting locals and a decent locally sourced pie and mash.
Great beer, good food, good times, love, life, relationship advice, local revelations and sporting frustrations - I've had it all in here.
Highly recommended.
