Lamb, Lewes
The Lamb appears to be shaking its bad image. A new chef has gone in and changed the menu with the emphasis on locally sourced ingredients using local suppliers. The staff are very friendly and the beer seems to be ok which is always a good thing. Definitely worth a visit when the new menu goes live in the next couple of weeeks
