Simon & Emma have left the Russell inn and have moved 10 yards down the road to the Lugger inn. We would like to thank everyone for their kind comments over the last 4 & a bit years & would love to welcome you to our new venture.

My dear laughingduck I am the landlord of the Lugger Inn. I can assure you that I did not write the comment below. It is true that my wife & I have just taken over the lugger but if you would care to take the time to read the comments from our last pub (The Russell Inn Polruan) I think you'll find that we strive to offer the best service available and that our customers value what we offer. In a time when so many pubs are being shut down I find it quite sad that some people have nothing better to do with their time than trawl the internet and valued sites like B.I.T.E writing comments about things that they have little or no understanding of, if indeed you have so much spare time on your hands may i suggest you try running a pub it's only 16hrs a day 7 days a week it may keep you out of mischief.I look forward to your expected rebuke.
