The Black Lion Inn, Ripon

Since the last owner left The Black Lion, there has been no sense of welcome to families, the so called landlord makes you feel so uncomfortable. I used to visit The Black Lion a great deal before October 2007, when the beer was fresh, as the lines were cleaned on a regular basis and and it didnt taste musky. To be honest I have only been once to The Black Lion since new owners took over and I did have a bad experience, this could just be due to a "one off" but the previous owner did run a much better Public House it has to be said.
