The Whistle and Flute, Putney

What a change! Last went in The Whistle over 6 months ago and was greeted by unsmiling staff and aggressive regulars. Went for a pint yesterday and they've got new staff and managed to get rid of the nasty atmosphere. I'd fully recommend this pub to anyone who has been put off it before! Great Ales (I had the Bengal Lancer - brilliantly hoppy!) and the burger I had was amazing - tasty and cooked perfectly. Watched the Manchester derby game and had a great time. Friendliest service I've received in a long time - manager very keen for me to have a taster of each ale and new his stuff. Keep it up guys!
