The staff are lovely but not experienced. I asked for an Appleton rum with a dash of lemonade. I got Appleton with ice and a lot of lemonade. Twice.
To add insult to injury they twice cleared my drink away when evidently there was drink in the glass. I did tell bar staff and I was told my drink was my responsibility! Now I don't let any one walk off with the kids but hey if I go to the loo I expect my drink to still be there. Yes even if it is 'only half an inch'
So on telling bar staff there was an over zealous staff member I got another drink and hey it lasted a mere 10 minutes before being cleared away Again! No apology for clearing away the drink you just paid for? Another I should have looked after it.....very poor mate. And on spotting a punter breaking a glass did I leave it? No politely told staff what had happened.
