The Castle, Old Isleworth

My first visit to the castle for a while. The pub seems to have quite a facelift since i was last there, youngs beer which was ok, food ok but needs some work.
Still found it not a very welcoming pub, allthough the staff were fine.The WCs need to be cleaner, Seems to be on the up since my previous vist.

St Margarets Tavern, St Margarets

Nice large pub with good priced food which is very well presented. There were
three ale's to choose from and all good including a locally made one. The pub
was very clean including the loo's. The food was well priced allthough some of
the bottled beers seem somewhat pricey. My only fault i found was the service was on the slow side and there seem to be not enough staff. on the hole a pub
thats worth a visit.

The Swan Inn, Old Isleworth

A quite local pub to me and one i have used on and off for a few years. The pub seems to be in free fall and decline since Tara and Andrew left a couple of years ago. on a visit in December 2011 for an xmas party i thought i had seen it all, high price's, a dog on the bar ,and cold food we had to send back, and that was just for starters. With everywhere full on new years eve we poped in for a pint to see not very good band, which was very loud and some mindless
violence. The only plus was the beer was still good.
