Looks a nice bar from the outside but I would highly recommend not hiring this venue for a private party.
We hired it for out engagement party and from day one regretted it really. The catering (which you have to have if you want food) lady doesn�t call you when she says she will and even says that she has, when you take this up with the management they agree with her. We had to pay an extra �60 for �doormen�. These doormen you don�t see until they want to, very rudely, chuck you and your guests out of the venue at closing time. We even had 4 �gatecrashers� which we had to ask to leave ourselves as the doormen you we had paid for can not be found at all!
The bar staff invite their own friends into YOUR party and even help themselves to YOUR food YOU have purchased for YOUR guests. When we questioned this with the �manager� she was hopeless and basically didn�t believe us and said she�d have to check the CCTV!!! The bar staff got a little annoyed shall we say that we had bought this to the attention of the manager and then refused to serve us or any of the guests at the bar!
Our function happened 5 weeks ago and we are still waiting for the manager to call us back to hear what kind of compensation we will have for this, not holding my breath!!!!

Overall I really would not visit this bar!
