The Beehive, Walworth

This is a lovely bistro-type pub with a jolly atmosphere, particularly at the weekends. Great on a fine evening when you can eat outside.
Food was well cooked and presented. Fresh fish and real chips (with the skin on)and very reasonably priced for the quality of food.
Wines also good value and a good selection of beers and lagers (including draught Leffe which is my favourite).
All in all a great find in this location.

The Stonhouse, Clapham

Sublime....I shared the Chateaubriand with my partner. It was cooked absolutely spot on and accompaniments were delicious. Dessert menu was also good, a creme brulee with fresh raspberries was just to die for.Quality of ingredients was extremely high so I thought all in all it was very good value for money.
Large non-smoking area and a real log fire made it a cosy, relaxed place just for a drink but once you see the food come out I don't think you'll resist !
