The Bear changed ownership this summer, but remains my favourite in Pagham. The menu has been updated, the new staff very efficient. John, the Bar Manager continues to amuse.

A wide range of Beer, well kept by the excellent Bar Manager. JOHN. The menu is varied with a wide choice. I've eaten there regularly & always enjoyed the food.
try a meal when the excellent "Table Magician" Dean is performing. Staff always helpful & pleasant.

Half Moon and Seven Stars, Canterbury
Delightful rural pub. Bleak November lunchtime three of us happened upon this Pub & were impressed with the Landlady's helpfulness. Enquired about food & within 20 minutes three cheap & cheerful meals had been served. Plentiful & not expensive. Juke Box was put on for us & Uni-Boy from Canterbury was well impressed. Will certainly visit again.
