The White Swan, Richmond

Simply a great little pub. Have eaten there many times and always to a high standard. Staff are always friendly and lightning quick. But please spend a few quid on doing up the garden.

The Coach and Horses, Ickenham

I was in the pub for the quiz night on a Tuesday a few weeks ago. I was quite impressed with the pub but the quiz is a farce. EVERY person in the pub seemed to be cheating! The quiz master is totally naive to what is going on. The young student group who won the quiz were seated beside my table and almost didn't bother hiding the fact that they were using their mobile phones to cheat. The quiz master wasn't even surprised when this group got EVERY SINGLE question right. A decent pub with a good crowd but don't bother doing the quiz unless you're a complete mug punter or prepared to cheat.
