With a play area for the children, large seating to the front and back, This pub is an excelent place to take the family for a summers day/evening!
The staff are very welcoming, chatty and helpfull. Offering a relaxed proffesional service to all.
A new conservatory has also been added for dining and functions, this is truly 110% spectacular!!
I would return again and again with friends and family and reccomend throughout. thank you Mike!

The Royal Oak, West Lavington

the car park is allways empty????????
I think they need a new chef. A new menu.
For the size of the pub and grounds, they should be making a packet! and have a full car park every day of the week.

The Blue Bell Inn, Cocking

Shame its been modernised, the floors are out of charecter. Too much magnolia.For a very small pub, it seems very open with no sence of privacy for customers to sit in a corner to chat etc... And it never seems to be open?
It is good for providing accomodation though. And the food prices are reasonable.
